- Completion of Primary Education through accelerated primary education course developed in accordance with Bench Marks / Student Learning Outcomes (SLOs) defined in National Curriculum 2006 followed by skill development / vocational training
- Functional literacy through mutually agreed course followed by skill development / vocational training
- Financial support of trainees for business development
Community Development Foundation with support financial of Sindh Education Foundation Government of Sindh is implementing Adolescent & Adult Learning and Training Program (AALTP) at Village Kalati Brohi UC Soomro Muhalla Tehsil and District Jacobabad, AALTP is designed for those adolescents and adults who never attended school or dropped out from school due to any reason and have missed an opportunity to avail primary education. Project commenced on 17 April 2017 will end in December 2019. Three adults (approximately 150) and 1 adolescents (approximately 150) batches total 300 Adult & Adolescents will be trained in this period.
The AALTP aims to provide accelerated formal primary education for vulnerable adolescents and basic functional literacy for adults together with a certified Skill Development / Vocational Training course for each learner for enabling them with varying opportunities of human capital development and socio economic growth. A part of formal primary education CDF equip each learner with information communication technologies education through its state of the art Audio Visual Classes based the routine work and general knowledge, Through AV Class learners are learning about daily routine activities, general knowledge, Islamiat, information & use of modern technologies effectively and effeciently.The component of education will financially be supported by SEF GoS; whereas, training component would be funded through the Government of Sindh.
There are 220 (70 Adults and 150 Adolescents) learners are direct beneficiaries of first batch
